The Medelin organization is relatively
young one (funded in September of 1998), but it had time to become
a leader between producers of coffee in Transcarpathia (Ukraine).
However, it wasn’t easy to achieve such a success… Hardships were
hidden in seeking of solution of problem put by – the high quality
for the low price.
Coffee is producing in the department out of
Uzhgorod (Mali Heivtsi, Transcarpathia), where the pure air gives
excellent facilities for saving the coffee aroma. Before frying,
the special technology of clarification from stones and other
dirt is carrying out. The next step is calibration – beans of
different sizes are sorting and pure and uniform coffee is producing.
Than the most important part of producing is followed – the frying.
It is realizing in due to the created standards. Everything has
the value: from color to aroma. The thermal treatment is following
next. It is coordinated by attentive hands of our coffee fryer
using tested technology. The result is obvious – great fragrant
coffee.
